From the initial reasonable quotation to project completion Tomas and Alex were hard working, communicative and helpful. Whilst they were happy to stick to the original architects drawings they made several suggestions to maximise the space in some rooms, in particular the bathroom.
They also worked hard to minimise disruption to our family life as much as possible and, once the inevitable removal of walls started, they ensured we were in our new spaces as soon as possible.
All of the sub contractors used for electricals, scaffold, steelworks and plumbing were also superb and really worked with us to make sure everything was exactly as we needed.
All in all I would highly recommend OKBC – I already plan to have the team do some further works to restore my back garden next year!
